Wine lovers, here’s your chance to immerse yourself in a fun weekend of wine, food and adventure with a seasoned professional! Relax and learn, as Diploma-Certified wine expert and “Traveling Sommelier”, Marc Supsic comes to Carlisle to lead a series of private wine tasting events, created just for the guests of Pheasant Field Bed and Breakfast. Marc’s approach is easygoing, non-judgmental, and simple. Whether you’re new to wine or a seasoned Epicurean, you’ll find yourself a bit more inspired and savvy.
Marc has been conducting these events for over five years now, and they’ve created quite a following in other locations. Many Wine Weekend attendees become close friends and return every year to catch up and “wine-down,” with Marc.

About Osteria di Giuliano (Chef Marco and Lisa)
During a trip to Italy to find long lost family and to experience the local food and wine, Lisa and Marco fell in love with the pace of life in the Italian countryside, and the significance of meals shared with others.
In 2009, they founded Osteria de Giuliano, to recreate this experience with in-home dinner parties – “The Art of The Italian Dinner”. Adopting a process considered backwards by many, they pair authentic dishes to selected wines. Utilizing regionally specific methods and ingredients to the village level, they provide the most authentic dining experience possible. In 2016 Osteria de Giuliano helped launch ‘il Bisbigliare” (the whisper) Secret Supper Club with monthly dinners held at varying locations. With about 500 members, the club continues to receive rave reviews for an exceptional dining experience as well as wine and paired food selections. Osteria de Giuliano has worked closely with sommeliers, wine advisors, wine makers, cellar managers and is excited to now work with Sommelier Marc Supsic in a new series of weekend wine getaways in Carlisle, PA.
‘Chef Marco’ is a title clients and friends insist on using for Marco, but he insists he is just a cook.
