1: WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY GLAMPING SITE?

Lake Lanier:
A tent like none you've ever seen before, with a floor, rugs, beds, lamps, comforters, chairs, a heating & A/C unit (depending on the weather), electricity outlets for charging your devices, Keurig coffee maker with Keurig pods, and mini fridge. Outside your tent, you have a large gravel site with hammocks, a charcoal grill with cooking grate, wood fire pit, picnic table, and string lights.

If you are staying in Roxy the Retro, expect all of the same things our tents have on the outside as well...picnic table, firepit, charcoal grill, two chairs, string lights, hammocks, etc. On the inside, we have made the decision to remove all cooking utensils, glassware, plating, etc. for the health and safety of our guests. All bedding is included, but towels and bathing supplies are not. Due to the sensitivity of RV restrooms, toilet paper is provided.

Clarks Hill Lake:
Our Safari Tents at Clarks Hill Lake will be just like our Lake Lanier tents. You will have amazing views of beautiful Clarks Hill Lake in Columbia County with all of the same amenities of our flagship Lake Lanier location.

3: WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?

Lake Lanier:
You may check in to your glamp site at 3pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

4: WHAT'S THE BATHROOM SITUATION?

Lake Lanier:
At our Lake Lanier location, we have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at Shady Grove Campground).\

Clarks Hill Lake:
At our Clarks Hill Lake location, we have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at Wildwood Park)

6: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We offer a 95% refund if cancelled prior to 14 days to the date of your check-in.

*After these dates the full amount of your reservation becomes non-refundable or transferable to a new date. You can gift it to a friend or family member.

We do recommend protecting your trip at the time of your booking with Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance in case of inclement weather or any illnesses that might arise. We do not cancel reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses. Adding TLG Travel Insurance is easy, just select it as an add-on when making your reservation. You can also add it later as long as it is still more than 14 days from your reservation. If something comes up, there are no long forms to fill out...just send us an email.

The Fine Print: Must Cancel or Move reservation prior to 3pm the day before your reservation for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours (After 3pm the day before your stay), you forfeit your deposit. Must Have One Policy Per Accommodation Timberline Glamping Policy is Non-Refundable or Transferable

8: DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?

We love our furry Glampers! Just add the pet fee in the add on section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added.

We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accommodations by you pets.

9: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Sometimes it rains. All of our tents are waterproof and have additional rain guards to ensure you still have an enjoyable experience. In fact, we have been told by guests that experiencing rain in our glamping tents is a great experience.

We do not cancel reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses.

We do recommend protecting your trip at the time of your booking with Timberline Glamping Travel Insurance in case of inclement weather or any illnesses that might arise. We do not cancel reservations due to rain, thunderstorms, or illnesses. Adding TLG Travel Insurance is easy, just select it as an add-on when making your reservation. 10: CAN I PURCHASE SOME OF THE ITEMS IN THE TENT TO TAKE HOME WITH ME?

Yes you can, you can take any of the items sold in our online store home with you and we will charge the card on file. You can also just give us a call or send us a text of the items that you like and we deliver them to your glampsite. When in doubt just give us a call.

11: LOST & FOUND ITEMS:

We do have a lost and found, any item that is left behind will be placed in Lost & Found and remain there for 14 days. On the 15th day any item left behind will be taken to our friends at Goodwill. If you left something behind, we are happy to mail the item back to you and charge the card on file for shipping and packaging (if needed).
