Denise (Dee) Fegan and her husband, Chuck DeMarco, own and operate Pheasant Field Bed & Breakfast outside of Carlisle, PA. They are assisted by the official greeter dog, Bubba.

Dee holds a BA from Wilson College and an MS from Shippensburg University. After working for the federal government in computer systems management - and lots of business travel in that position - she decided that there needed to be nicer places to stay than she had usually experienced on her business trips....and so Pheasant Field B&B was born. She is committed to supporting the hospitality industry and serves on various committees at the local, state, and national levels. Dee is the music director at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Mechanicsburg and in her spare time, she likes to ski, kayak, and garden.

Chuck DeMarco (Dee's husband of 26 years!) holds a degree in accounting and retired from federal service, although Chuck says it’s not retirement, but rather a change in career. Chuck is quite a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with the canine innkeeper, Bubba.

Bubba, the B&B dog, is the all-American mutt, rescued from the West Shore Humane Society. Bubba loves greeting the guests and helping with breakfast clean-up. He is always ready to guide the guests on a short hike on the Appalachian Trail. The latest addition to the innkeeping team is Malcolm, a Morgan horse adopted from a horse rescue facility in York County.
