Breakfast may be the highlight of your stay at Pheasant Field Bed and Breakfast. We often bake in the evening, and guests are lulled to sleep with the comforting smell of freshly baked bread. The next morning brings the aroma of fresh-brewed coffee and the promise of a delightful meal.
Your delicious breakfast is beautifully presented in two courses. Starters may include fruits or freshly baked homemade scones, breads, or muffins. A few of our signature entrees are: Homemade Whole Wheat French Toast, Egg Roulade with seasonal vegetables, Toasted Coconut Buttermilk Waffles, Kit’s Breakfast Hash of the Day topped with Perfectly Poached Eggs, and Trailside Pancakes with Fresh Fruit Compote. Our guests are usually given menu options such as sweet or savory, and it’s never a problem to prepare breakfast for guests with special diets or food sensitivities.
Our focus is to provide the freshest foods in season, grown our own gardens or locally sourced when possible. Our hens enjoy a large yard where they roam freely in healthy green grass, and in turn they provide us the most delicious eggs!
